MOBICAT JAW CRUSHERS
An important element of KLEEMANN’s production programme is a MOBICAT mobile jaw crusher with caterpillar chassis. The power of MOBICAT machines is determined not only by a jaw crusher, but the crucial role is played by the perfect, fully coordinated cooperation of all components of the machine. Uninterrupted feed and efficient initial screening are just as important as efficient leading off of crushed material. MOBICAT machines are used for crumbling of all types of natural rock and for processing of the construction rubble. MOBICAT crushers’scope of efficiency varies between 100 and 1500 tons per hour and machinery mass between 30 and 160 tons. For mining works in quarries, KLEEMANN uses fully electric systems with properly dimensioned components. For recycling works, a direct drive with hydrokinetic clutch is used. Grate screeners, two layers initial screeners, vibration chutes under the crusher, initial screening units and other usable components make sure there is no impossible task for KLEEMANN jaw crushers.
MOBIREX IMPACT CRUSHERS

MOBICONE CONE CRUSHERS
For processing of hard rocks, where top quality of the final product and low operating costs are necessary, KLEEMANN suggests mobile cone crushers MOBICONE. MOBICONE series was created for second and third grade crushing of such materials as granite, basalt or melaphyr. To fit all technological requirements, MOBICONE crushers are available in various sizes and versions. A classic machine equipped with cone crusher can be additionally fitted with a three-layer screener and closed material circuit or external recirculation of oversize. MOBICONE crusher equipped with sidebands can simultaneously perform crushing and sorting tasks. Also the possibility of powering the machine from external electric network is of importance – in this case high efficiency goes along with the lowest production costs. MOBICONE cone crushers fit perfectly in integrated sequences of bound machinery with common steering.
