PROCLAWS System
The latest offer regarding claws for excavators and loaders range is the ProClaws system. It is characterized by better absorption of impact power the claw is exposed to. The system was designed to maintain maximum sharpness during the whole usage period. ProClaw claw profile is oblate, which results in higher penetration force. The mounting system geometry was simplified and reinforced thus allowing the claw to be mounted on the adapter with minimum effort. System mount is kept stable thanks to a vertical lock. That lock is an answer to customer demands and, at the same time, corresponds to the recommendations of modern engineering.
Another distinctive feature of ProClaws system is a wear level indicator. The claw, adapter and lock are equipped with a wear level indicator to signal the upcoming end of the part’s lifetime and time to replace it. Making use of that indicator, the user can predict the necessary maintenance and so minimize downtimes.
